Protein Bar

1 cup rolled oats 
½ cup peanut butter 
1 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder 
½ cup dried cranberries 
1 cup almond milk  
In your food processor blitz the oats until fine, in a bowl mix the oats, protein pow- der, cranberries and peanut butter together. Slowly add the milk, you may need a little more or less, you want it to be firm and not crumbling. Press into a lined tin (12cmx12cm) Leave in the fridge for 30 mins to harden.
