Chocolate Hummus

¼ cup almonds 
5 pitted dates 
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
¼ cup cocoa powder 
2 tsp maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
½ tsp salt 
½ cup milk (any) 
In a food processor blitz until they are a buttery consistency (5mins). Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it is well combined and very smooth.  
This is quite rich so maybe share this between 2-3 people.  
Great with fresh strawberries or pretzels.
